Quick And Awesome Ways To Wake Up With Gorgeous Hair

5 Mar

How long have all women been dreaming to wake up with perfectly gorgeous hair like you have just come out of a salon?

We commonly see it in the movies and we cannot help but be envious of how they wake up looking like that. Now if only we can do that, who needs those extra 15 minutes daily just to make our hair look at least presentable to everyone.

Through our obsession of finding ways on how to actually wake up with gorgeous hair, we have come across some amazing tips on how to actually do it. After nights and mornings of trying various techniques and trying out numerous hair products that claim to magically transform the hair overnight, we have trimmed the list down to the most helpful and sure fire ways of making you wake up looking like those Hollywood stars we frequently see in the movies.

Long Beach Sexy Waves

Think of Blake Lively on the famous series Gossip Girl. Were you drooling over her always perfect long beach sexy waves despite the fact that she was in rehab and lying in bed all night and day? Here is what you can do – take a shower at night, towel dry the hair (but never rub the towel against your hair as this actually damages it), apply tanning oil, and twirl it.

You can either do this as soon as you get home and let it twirl like that while you grab dinner and watch TV or you can do this right before going to sleep. The oil will make your hair look perfectly moisturized and give that sexy beach waves sans the dryness that usually comes with curly hair.

Another way to do this is to get a silk scarf and wrap it around your head. This technique is called “pineappling”. Just remember to only use silk scarf and never cotton or wool as those will leave you with nothing but frizzy hair. You can also spray some oil right before the pineappling.

Volumized Bob or Pixie Cut

Now think of Rihanna, Anne Hathaway, and of course, the now famous Jennifer Lawrence. The common problem here is getting enough volume and preventing frizz from happening which sadly seems to go hand in hand once you hit the sack.

What experts suggest here is to take a shower, rinse out the conditioner after 20 minutes, and then finish it up with some leave-on hair conditioner preferably with Argan oil.

Argan oil has gotten famous because it has the natural ability to moisturize and calm frizzy hair. It is best to apply this to damp hair. But if your hair is already dry and in need of rescue, concentrate more on the hair ends instead.

However, if you hate getting your hair wet at night but have to look perfectly made up in the morning, you can use some dry shampoo and spray it to the hair roots. You will be surprised with the texture it will give your hair upon waking up.

Perfectly Voluminous Hair

Think of Jessica Alba, Lea Michelle, and Angelina Jolie. Don’t you just love to wake up with a hair like theirs? Experts say that in order to have that perfectly controlled voluminous look without overdoing it, one would have to pile the hair up in a bun right on top of the head. This will prevent the bun from being ruined by your tossing and turning and of course, give you that big, sexy, and voluminous hair that is just right.

A little bit of effort before you doze off to la-la-land can make a huge difference on how your hair looks the morning after. Do this routinely and you will probably never ever have to face a bad hair day ever again.
